The appellant requested Pakistan Medical Commission for the provision of complete file, minutes of meeting and video recording of the hearing of disciplinary committee held in pursuance of his complaint vide no PF.8.1641/2018-Legal-DC.
The President, Pakistan Medical Commission is directed to provide the requested information within 10 working days.
The public body is also directed to designate Public Information Officer as required under Section 9 of the Act and upload its notification along with the name, designation and contact details on its website as required under Section 5 (1) (b) and (h) of the Act and submit compliance report to the commission within 10 working days of the receipt of this order.
