This commission maintains that the comments that have been forwarded to the Federal Shariat Court have attained finality at the level of the Respondent, the Ministry of Human Rights. It is right of citizens to know the stance of the Ministry of Human Rights in the forms of comments conveyed to the Federal Shariat Court on sensitive issues.
