The appellant in the instant appeal has requested the total number of the persons registered with the EOBI in Tehsil Daska, District Sialkot.
He has also requested the list of the brick kilns employees registered with EOBI in District Sialkot.
This Commission maintains that names, father names, EOBI registration number and postal address of the employees of brick kiln do not fall within the definition of public record. Such information cannot be shared with the public without their written consent.
Appeal is disposed of as the Respondent has provided the requested information to the appellant and the remaining information does not fall within the definition of the public record.
