Order on Appeal No 783-12/20 Qazi Abdul Waheed Vs Sui Northern Gas Pipe Lines Limited

Mr. Qazi Abdul Waheed who was employed as Meter Reader Helper in Grade IV in Sui Northern Gas Pipe Lines Limited since 11.02.1996. He was dismissed from service on the charge of absence from duty when he absented himself to look after his ailing mother, who succumbed to illness in April, 2019. The appellant requested following documents,

1. “ Certified copy of show cause notice (if any),
2. Certified copy of Appellant’s reply to show cause notice (if any).

• Certified copy of charge sheet (the Appellant was never served any charge sheet) and its reply, if any,

1. Statement of allegation (the Appellant was never served any statement of allegation) and its reply, if any,
2. Detailed report of inquiry(s),
3. Certified copy of detailed orders and the Appellant’s appeal(s).”

This commission has directed the public body to provide the requested information to the appellant forthwith, but not later than ten days of the receipt of this order.
