The appellant has requested hard copies of the Minutes of meetings from the 1st to the 21st board meetings including emergency board meetings with approved copies of agenda and complete details of budget utilization for the period from 10 August to 30 September 2020 from the office of Chairman, Islamabad Wildlife Management Board, Islamabad.
The Commission has held that the requested information be provided to the appellant and further directed the public body that they cannot compel the applicant to attend the office in person for collecting the information.
