The appellant has asked for number of candidates for the post of legal advisers and legal consultants, CV’s of the successful candidates, criteria adopted for shortlisting and information incidental thereto.
The commission has directed the chief personal officer, Ministry of Railways to provide the requested information except the ID card, Telephone number, Address and particulars relating to the family members of the candidates.
