The Appellant has sought the information about the procedure followed by the committee for the appointment of Coordinator General COMSTECH and reasons for dropping his name. All the permissible and shareable information under the Act, desired by the appellant has been shared. The subsequent application to the Commission by the appellant to sort out the irregularities, if any, in the appointment does not come under the purview and functions of the commission.
