The appellant Mr. Waseem Elahi requested the National Industrial Relations Commission about the company/department which has design and operate the website of NIRC.
He also requested the information about the total staff strength of NIRC, up to date details required covering staff name, qualification, BPS, salary, allowance, perks, experience etc?
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed to provide the requested information to the appellant, as per his information request within 10 working days.
