The appellant requested schedule of the science (Physics, chemistry, biology) practical classes of F.Sc (Pre-medical, and Pre-engineering) for session 2018-20 and details about the practical classes conducted and how many are in progress from the Principal of Federal Government College for Women F-7/2 Islamabad.
The commission directed the Federal Government College for Women F-7/2 Islamabad to provide the requested information to the citizen within 10 working days.
Moreover, the respondent is also directed to take immediate steps to proactively share all categories of information mentioned in Section 5 of the Right of Access to Information Act 2017 and submit compliance report to the commission by 11/09/20.
