The appellant requested information about ETPB Annual budget and expenditure of last one year also required 4000 million rupees investment by ETPB funds all details.
He has also sought information about all Property details of ETPB lease or rent Commercial Agriculture, Health and Education Schemes in Punjab/Pakistan.
This commission maintains that none of the information requested by the appellant enjoys exemption under the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017.
