The appellant has desired the copies of the two letters written by Muhammad Hamid, Principal and Mr. Iqbal Hussain, Principal with reference to the performance of the appellant as an Associate Professor (Math) at IMCB F-7/3 for the period 17.02.2011 to 16.2.2012 and copies of the adverse remarks by the former secretaries Mr. Imtiaz Illahi and Miss Farah Hamid.
The appeal is allowed. The Directorate Communication and Facilitation, Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad is directed to provide the appellant all the requested information detailed in para 1 of this order, forthwith, but in any case not later than five days of the receipt of this order.
