Secretary, Election Commission of Pakistan was directed to provide requested information pertaining to the asset details of parliamentarians and certified copies of the notifications to this effect. The Respondent was directed to take immediate steps to proactively share through the website all categories of information mentioned in Section 5 and 8 of the Right of Access to Information Act 2017 and submit the compliance report to the commission by April 15, 2020.
