The appellant has alleged that the open merit seats has been allocated to the other provinces by the Pakistan Medical Commission, and in that contest has desired the complete record pertaining to the students from province of Sindh who was admitted in MBBS in Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical and Dental College, Lahore.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Registrar, Pakistan Medical Commission, Islamabad is directed to furnish the appellant complete record pertaining to the students from the province of Sindh who was admitted in MBBS in Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical and Dental College, Lahore, forthwith, but in any case not later than five days of the receipt of this order.
