The appellant in his application as well as in the appeal has desired the information pertaining to the present status of his complaint filed against the embezzlement of funds in the district Benazirabad. The public body in its reply has informed that complaint of the appellant was received at Sukkar Office of the NAB and the same is under process as per law.
