This commission holds that the person acting on the behalf of the Appellant failed to produce before this commission ‘authorization’, or, Power of Attorney demonstrating that he was duly authorized to act on behalf of the Appellant.
Even when the person acting on the behalf of the Appellant was contacted to provide ‘authorization’, he stated “In view of your restriction/justification, close the appeal immediately and share closure intimation”.
