The information and documents sought by the appellant connected to land lease /rental prices to be paid to land owners against their hired lands to be determined / fixed through negotiating process with land owners in all fields/districts etc. is not under company’s administrative control throughout Pakistan. The desired information and record is not under the custody of the GSP nor can they provide the certified copy thereof.
The appeal is not allowed. The reply submitted by the Director-CC (P&I) vide letter dated December 15, 2021 is upheld.
