In the instant appeal, the citizen has requested information about the alleged irregularities in the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, and action taken by the department against the accused employees.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Deputy Director (Coord) / Public Information Officer, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication to provide complete information mentioned in para 2 of this Order to the Appellant except the information requested in para (e) and (g) of his information request, within 7 working days of the receipt of this Order.
