The appellant Muhammad Ramzan Achakzai has requested the list of the candidates who have applied for the post of the QESCO’s board of directors advertised on November 24, 2019.
This Commission maintains that the information/documents requested by the Appellant in the instant appeal belongs to the Section 5(e) and 6 (c) of the Act.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Deputy Secretary (Admn) / Public Information Officer, Ministry of Energy (Power Division) to provide complete information mentioned in para 2 of this Order to the Appellant, at the earliest but not later than 7 working days of the receipt of this Order, with intimation to this office.
