Mr. Syed Shahid Raza filed an application under the Right of Access to the Information Act, 2017. Through the application dated 02-07-2021 addressed to the acting Registrar, Wafaqi Urdu University, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, he has sought the certified copies of question papers of all the subjects of Social Sciences pertaining to the tests held for the appointment of lecturers.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Registrar, Wafaqi Urdu University, Karachi to provide the appellant the certified copies of question papers of all the subjects of Social Sciences pertaining to the tests held for the appointment of lecturers, forthwith but in any case not later than seven days of the receipt of this order.
