The appellant requested Pakistan Railways to provide him copies of the NOCs provided to different departments for their transmission lines.
In the instant appeal the public body has failed to acknowledge and respond to the information request of the appeal. Moreover, the public body also failed to respond to the notices of commission and also did not attend the hearings held on February 08, 2022 and April 05, 2022.
This Commission has directed the Director (Admin) / Public Information Officer, Ministry of Railways to provide complete requested information to the Appellant, at the earliest but not later than 7 working days.
