In the instant appeal, the citizen Nadeem Umer has requested Cooperative Societies Department for the list of the societies who have not submitted the above mentioned record, from Jan 2017 to date, along with the details of the actions taken against each society. Also provide the copy of the notices / fine etc.
The citizen also requested List of the societies who have never submitted the above-mentioned record, along with the details of the action taken against each society. Also provide the copy of the notices / fine etc (if any) issued to these societies.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department is directed to provide complete requested information to the Appellant, at the earliest but not later than 7 working days of the receipt of this Order, with intimation to this office.
