In the instant appeal, the citizen has requested Federal Public Service Commission, to provide him certified copy of his answer sheet of English Essay paper of CSS Examination 2020.
The respondent in its response submitted that answer sheet is not public document under the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017.
This Commission believe that after the disclosure of the result, any candidate can avail the certified copy of the answer sheet, it will not will only help the candidate to improve or examine his performance but will also build trust of the citizen on the CSS Examination System.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the Secretary, Federal Public Service Commission is directed to provide the information requested with intimation to this office, at the earliest, but in any case, not later than 10 working days.
