This commission is of the view that department, designation and BPS wise details of the period of allotments of government accommodations is public interest. Furthermore, the disclosure of information pertaining to date of entry in the eligible pay scale in C-Type Accommodation and date of applying for the Registration on GWL And date of Enrolment / Registration on GWL is in public interest.
This commission also holds that requested information, Retirement Orders of the parent of each allottee, certified copies of initial Appointment Orders, upgradation /Promotion Orders (if any), Ministry’s Approval Letters and allotment Letters, pertaining to the C-type accommodations under rule 15(2)b of AAR, 2002 i.e. Quarter No. 16-Type-C-HASSAN GHARI COLONY, SHAMI ROAD and Quarter No. 84-Type-C-HASSAN GHARI COLONY, SHAMI ROAD to Miss Sitara Nayab and Mr. Hafiz M. Mudasir respectively on 22.01.2019 is public information.
