Mr. Tariq Mahmood, an approved contractor with SNGPL, through application dated 04.05.2021 addressed to Pakistan Engineering Council, Regional Office; Lahore has requested copy of Registration Form submitted for registration of his firm under the name and style as Tariq & Brothers.
This Commission directed the Registrar Pakistan Engineering Council to provide the appellant “Copy of form filled for the grant of licence” of his firm Tariq & Brothers, forthwith but not later than seven days of the receipt of this order.
He is further directed to implement the sections 5 & 9 of the Act, under intimation to this Commission within one month of receiving this order.
