The Commission directed the Respondent to provide all the requested information regarding hr cost, transport fleet, hired offices and accommodations, security services, legal services and operating cost, to the Appellant, and the public body is legally bound to proactively disclose through its website the requested information under Section 5 (a) and 5 (g) of the Right of Access to Information Act 2017.
