In the instant Appeal the appellant has requested Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad for the certified copies of Inteqal of some land located in Islamabad.
This Commission observes that the appellant has to pay the cost as per Schedule of Cost notified by this Commission, as the requested information pertains to the land record. The Schedule of cost notified by this Commission is available under ‘Legal Framework’ category at the web site of the commission www.rti.gov.pk.
This Commission allowed the Appeal and directed the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad to provide complete information after the submission of the fee as per the schedule of the cost notified by the department.
