The appellant Mr. Rahim Ahmad requested the Tribal Electric Supply Company for the method adopted by the public body for purchasing land located in Tehsil Jamrud, District Khyber.
He has also requested the details of the payment released and paid to the land owners for the purchase of said land.
This Commission allowed the appeal and directed the public body to provide the requested information to the appellant within 10 working days.
