The Appellant requested Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad to share details about the total Number of complaints received admitted / registered for investigation and decided in the years 2017-19 in head office and regional offices of the Ombudsman, details about the complaints in which relief (total or partial) requested by the complaints was provided and also information about those complaints which are rejected on technical ground or closed for any other reasons, without providing the relief sought for by the complainants during the year 2017-19 with the citizen.
However, he did not receive the requested information and filed appeal before the commission. After the intervention of Pakistan Information Commission, the Respondent shared the requested information with the appellant. Hence, the Appeal is disposed of.
