The appellant has asked information pertaining to the total number of company operated petrol filling stations, and total number of petrol pumps operated under contract between PSO and contractors in Karachi. He further has desired the monthly wages being paid to the employed staff at the PSO petrol pumps, their registration numbers with Social Security, SESSI and the registration numbers with EOBI.
The respondent has failed to answer the queries of the appellant pertaining to the monthly wages paid to the employed staff, their registration numbers with Social Security SESSI and the registration numbers with EOBI.
The Managing Director, Pakistan State Oil is directed to furnish the appellant, all the requested information / record sought through his application dated 10.2.2021, forthwith, but in any case not later than seven days of the receipt of this order.
