In the instant appeal the point wise comparison depicts that the asking public body has addressed all the queries raised by the appellant. The points of dissatisfaction in the rejoinder are not reasonable and appealing therefore does not warrant further interference of the Commission.
The appeal is disposed of having borne fruit.
