Information Request to the Public Body
First you have to file Information Request to Public Bodies where you want to get information and wait for 10 working days.
Appeal in PIC
You have to send Receipt, Information Request and Appeal to PIC through post or email. Kindly mention in your appeal that you have not approached any other forum for seeking this information. This is required under Rule 8(2) of the Right of Access to information Rules,2019.
Commission Decision
Pakistan Information Commission has to decide appeal within 60 working days.
