In the instant appeal, the citizen Mr. Nadeem Umer requested the Cooperative Societies Department to provide the list of the housing societies who have not submitted their record under Section 44-D and 44-E of Cooperative Societies Act, 1925. He has also requested the details of the action taken against those housing societies.
This Commission held that the information/documents requested by the Appellant in the instant appeal belong to the Section 5 (b) and (e) of the Act.
Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department is directed to provide complete requested information to the Appellant, at the earliest but not later than 7 working days of the receipt of this Order, with intimation to this office.
