Pakistan Information Commission in this order has directed the Federal Insurance Ombudsman Secretariat to share the details of the call record of their official phone number along with the details of the officials using these numbers.
The FIO Secretariat is also directed to share the SOP regarding landline phone number to guide / respond to the complainant / citizens.
