The National Tariff Commission is directed to provide information about the appointment and pay fixation of Ex-Chairman Mr. M Abbas Raza within seven working to the appellant.
Moreover, the Secretary, Ministry of Commerce is directed to make arrangement for the proactive disclosure of the information as required under section 5 of the Act, under intimation to the Commission.
