This commission concurs with the Respondent as the Appellant has not submitted any evidence before this commission that his father or any other person paid Rs. Rs200,000.
This commission holds that, while the Respondent has provided response to the allegations, it has not provided records pertaining to his complaints. the Appellant has the right to have access to all the records pertaining to his complaints under the provisions of the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017.
