Mr. Rao Anwar Ali invoking his right under the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017 read with Rule 16(6) of the E & D Rules, 2020 sought the inquiry report from the office of Director (Budget/ Accounts/ Admin), Ministry of Defence.
The appeal is allowed. The Director (Budget/ Accounts/ Admin), Ministry of Defence is directed to provide the appellant the desired record, afresh after affixing the certification of its correctness as required under section 13(3) of the Act, forthwith, but in any case not later than five days of the receipt of this order.
