In the instant appeal, the citizen has requested the Federal Insurance Ombudsman to provide him information regarding a complaint filed by him. Moreover, he also requested information that either Federal Ombudsmen Institutional Reforms Act, 2013 or any other relevant law etc allows complainant / applicant to be represented by some one else?
The Respondent has provided the required information to the appellant, therefore, the appeal is disposed of.
