In the instant Appeal the citizen has requested the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) for copy of an inquiry report conducted on bases of his application against officials of Multan Electric Power Company.
This Commission allowed the Appeal and directed Deputy Secretary (Admn) / Public Information Officer, Ministry of Energy (Power Division) to provide requested information to the Appellant, at the earliest but not later than 7 working days of the receipt of this Order, with intimation to this office.
