The appeal is partly allowed and the Election Commission of Pakistan is directed to provide the appellant the record related to the budget allocated to Chief Election Commissioner Office and Election Commission Headquarters for repair, maintenance etc. of the vehicles and other desired information, except the names of the employees involved in inquiries for misuse of POL funds.
